Hi, I’m Antonée! I’m an expert Health Strategist and founder of Lyrical Rise, a Women’s Wellness Company. With a Master’s in Neuroscience, my health coaching techniques are grounded in neuropsychology to drive actionable, lasting behavioral change. I’ve spent decades speaking with women coping with a range of health challenges–from metastatic cancer to mental health struggles–and have helped hundreds of women achieve success in the worlds of sports, higher education, and business.
As a Health Strategist, I’m passionate about helping women navigate the complex health challenges throughout Midlife (perimenopause and beyond!) and take actionable steps to change their lives.
