Your Accelerator Leader
Hi, I’m Antonée! I’m an expert Health Strategist and founder of Lyrical Rise, a Women’s Wellness Company. With a Master’s in Neuroscience, my health coaching techniques are grounded in neurobiology and neuropsychology to drive actionable, lasting behavioral change. I’ve spent decades speaking with women coping with a range of health challenges–from metastatic cancer to mental health struggles–and have helped hundreds of women achieve success in the worlds of sports, higher education, and business.
As a Health Strategist, I’m passionate about helping women navigate the complex health challenges throughout Midlife and take actionable steps to change their lives. I’m also moving through the beautiful, liminal life stage of Midlife right now so I intimately know the health struggles and love to help other women feel better.
I live in Boulder with my wonderful husband and two young children. In my free time, I love to exercise, enjoy the beautiful outdoors, take care of my ~30 house plants, travel, and do fun art projects with my kids.
